For those who would like to object to the planning application 13/00370/FUL here is a pro-forma objection letter which you can use. Do not use this letter if you have already submitted an objection against this application as it is important to also demonstrate to the planning department your own personal thoughts and objections.
For residents of South Fambridge who have not completed their objection and wish to do so via this letter copies of this letter will be taken personally around the village this weekend and you will be asked to complete your name, address, date and sign on the back page and hand it back at the time or post it through the letter box of ROSE COTTAGE, St Thomas Road (yellow cottage). These will then be hand delivered to the council offices early Monday morning in order to meet the 29th July 2013 deadline.
For visitors and supporters outside South Fambridge you are also welcome to use the pro-forma letter which must be completed and signed and either hand delivered to the council offices by Monday 29th July or you can complete your name address etc resave it, print it, sign it re-scan it and send it via email to planning.applications@rochford.gov.uk (for the attention of Mr Mike Stranks) Sounds a bit long winded but we are now very short of time and I don't think they will get there by post in time.
