On Tuesday or Wednesday of last week 22/23 April 2014 rubbish was tipped onto the layby opposite the Church in the South Fambridge Road. This has been reported to our Community Police Officer. It appears to be the fitting contents of a shop. If anyone saw this incident or has any information which may be of help establishing who tipped the rubbish please email me and I will forward it on to WPC Michelle Rawson.
